What if an item is defective?
We are committed to providing quality products that are dependable as your day-to-day operations are carried out.
However, we cannot guarantee that every product is without defect. SafetyWand Corporation will replace any item found defective in material or workmanship when put to normal use. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as accident, neglect, alteration, fire,water damage or theft. Any defective product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
If you believe you have a defective product, please notify us immediately by phone or email. All items confirmed as defective will be replaced, free of charge, with an identical item.
Orders generally ship within 2 business days via UPS ground or the other selected UPS sevice. Any product that is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail and an estimated ship date will be given at that time. UPS tracking numbers will be provided at the customer's request.
